Adecco have teamed up with a vehicle repair workshop, they are seeking a confident and vibrant Customer Service Assistant to join their workshop.

We are seeking an all-rounder who is confident with dealing with customers, insurance companies and other companies within the motor trade.

Your main responsibilities are;

  • Answering telephone and dealing with queries from customers/insurance, accident management companies
  • Booking customers for estimates, either mobile or on site
  • Booking customers in for repair
  • Courtesy Car Diary and checking cars in and out
  • Liaising with Drivers re collections and deliveries
  • Greeting customers when arriving for repair and checking vehicle in
  • Update of work provider portals
  • Driving duties as and when required
  • Raising sales invoices on Autoflow as per authorities from work providers
  • Submitting invoices for payment via email or online
  • Chasing payment of overdue invoices

Hours of work are 0800-1700 Monday to Friday and 0900-1200 every other Saturday.
