Customer Compliant Representative
  • Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.00
  • Job Type: Temporary, Hybrid Working

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with a strong background in ICT and a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience handling complaints and dealing with difficult customers.  This temporary role offers hybrid working options and requires someone with excellent written, oral, and listening skills.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide high-quality customer service in a professional manner.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Utilise ICT skills to maintain customer records and handle queries.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, both in writing and verbally.
  • Deal with difficult customers, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to improve customer service processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong ICT skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
  • Previous experience in complaints handling is desirable.
  • Proven ability to deal with difficult customers.
  • Excellent written, oral, and listening skills.
