Job description - Customer Services

About us

My client is looking for Customer Service agents who are passionate about helping people to join the team. We are professional, agile, and customer-centric.

Our team is fully trained in identifying the real needs of our customers and is focused on delivering the best service possible.

We are expanding and we are currently looking for the right candidates to fill our Customer Services Representative positions.

We have big plans for the future and our employees play a vital part in this.

Please see below a brief description of the role:

  • Answering inbound enquiries from customers.
  • Making changes to customers policies.
  • Trying to find solutions to retain customers.
  • Processing customer documents and identifying any potential fraud.
  • Reviewing policies and identifying any issues.
  • Recovering outstanding balances after cancellation.
  • Liaising with our insurer partners.

Although not essential, the ideal candidate may have:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work shifts.

Requirements

  • English and Maths at GCSE level.
  • No previous unspent criminal convictions.

Full training is provided with successful hires.

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday- Friday (Shift Work) 8:30-19:00 and 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00-13:00

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (required)

Experience:
