Customer Service Agent

Location: Croydon

Salary:£22,000 starting - increases after probation and bonuses and great benefits on top

Must be able start 26th Februrary 2024

Your role as a Customer Service Agent will be to speak to our clients’ customers and deal with any queries regarding their outstanding account. To understand their circumstances and agree repayment plans that they can afford and maintain. Through skilled and professional negotiation whilst operating within company, industry, and legislative standards and in doing so maximise cash recovery.

  • Ensure that the premises is secure at the close of business
  • Provide adequate training for staff to enable them to execute their information & security responsibilities
  • Respond to high volume of calls
  • Negotiate repayments of accounts owed to our clients ensuring you adhere to company policy, and treating customers fairly
  • Update Accounts
  • Working with customers to understand their income & expenditure, to gain a good understanding of their financial position and ability to repay
  • Resolve/ log all disputes ensuring accounts are actioned, followed up appropriately and that all relevant parties are notified of results accordingly
