Looking for a summer customer service temp role? Are you immediately available and looking for temporary work until the end of the summer to cover seasonal workload. We are working with a well-known and respected company in Leeds who are seeking several customer service advisers to support them at this busy time, working full time over a range of shifts, you will be able to commit over the summer. The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and have worked in either a similar phone-based role or perhaps retail or hospitality and have the customer at the heart of everything you do. Your day-to-day tasks will involve;

  • Dealing with all inbound calls
  • Logging and processing orders
  • Dealing with ad hoc queries
  • General administrative support

This is a great opportunity to work in a fantastic team at a very busy time, working on a rota, you will work a 7.5-hour shift between 8-8 and the role will involve weekends as well (37.5 hours a week). The successful candidates must have;

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office experience
  • Customer service experience within a phone or face to face environment.
  • Able to commit to a 37.5 hour week
