Description

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about the organisation's services and products.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and finding the best solution to solve the problem.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gain their trust and respect.
  • Follow standard processes and procedures.

Profile

A successful Customer Service Advisor should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications relevant to the job.
  • Ability to handle difficult clients and situations in a professional manner.
  • Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Appropriate educational qualifications.
