Role – Customer Service
Location – Salford
Salary - £25,000 (Plus excellent benefits)
Type – Permanent



Reed are currently working with a fantastic business who are a specialist in supplying home and commercial appliances across the UK and Internationally. The company has grown considerably over the years working with some reputable brands and are now looking to grow their customer service team further.



The clients is looking for Customer Service Advisor who is professional, proactive and personable, you will join a dynamic team of individuals.



This is a fantastic opportunity for a customer centric candidate who has a passion for putting the customer first but also someone who is ambitious and wants to progress within a company as this will certainly be offered!

Role Responsibilities

• Promoting customer service excellence, ensuring customer care is delivered at the highest standard across all areas

• Dealing with customer calls and enquiries over the phone and emails

• Taking ownership of individual enquiries and customer requests using a ticketing system

• Maintain our reputation and drive confidence in our products and services

Requirements

• 1-year minimum experience in customer services/call centre

• Experience using a ticket system

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Demonstrates customer service excellence both internally and externally

• Possesses commercial awareness in their decision-making and actions

• High level of integrity and trust

• Takes ownership with a proactive attitude

Job Details

• Office based, permanent, Full time (37.5 Hours), 8 hours shift between 8am and 6pm, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend cover

• Free Office Parking

• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

• 1 day additional per year of employment up to 28 days

• Regular team events

• Pension contribution
