Responsibilities:

  • The first point of contact for all enquiries.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to all customers.
  • Manage challenging calls professionally and calmly.
  • Confidently directing customers to the relevant departments.
  • Help resolve any confusion or questions regarding their policies or claims.

Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience - hospitality or retail welcomed.
  • Clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Eager to learn and a can-do attitude.
  • Passion for providing a service.
  • Team player.
