Red Recruitment is recruiting Customer Service Advisors to join a premier Contact Centre outsourcing business that is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to its clients.

This is a temporary position, working Monday - Friday only. The hourly rate is £11.54 per hour and is located in Banbury.

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Calling customers who didn't complete their purchase
  • Trying to get customers to complete their purchase by building rapport
  • Closing the deal with customers
  • Providing excellent customer service

Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Advisor:

  • Passion for sales is required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Good customer service is required
  • The ability to work towards targets and remain determined
  • A team player with a positive attitude
