What you’ll be doing:

  • Speaking with a range of customers across phone and email in the most friendly and professional ways you know how
  • Liaising with various other departments as and when necessary
  • General administrative tasks as and when needed
  • Applying a curious and inquisitive nature to all calls, ensuring you spot any opportunities to further help the customer

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • The great thing about these roles is you don’t need to have worked in an office environment before, we just need to see some relevant experience of dealing with customers! This could be from retail or hospitality
  • A positive and energetic approach to speaking with customers
  • A passion for helping people - these customers will often need it!
