Job Description: As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the customer service aspects of our business. Your main responsibilities will include providing professional and efficient service to our policyholders, dealerships, and repair garages, managing inbound and outbound calls and emails, guiding customers through the claims process, and ensuring a positive experience for all interactions with our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service to policyholders, dealerships, and repair garages.
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails.
  • Assist customers with the claims process and address any inquiries they may have.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and customers.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all interactions with our company.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong conversational and active listening skills with the ability to quickly build rapport.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment to a high standard.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a diplomatic approach.
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proactive, with a sense of humor.
