Customer Service Advisor

Location: Office Based, Potters Bar
Working Hours: 9am to 5pm, - Hybrid after probation
Salary: Circa £24k - £25k

A leading financial services provider with a track record of success over the past decade. They operate across the globe, providing financial services and products to clients of all shapes and sizes. Due to growth, they are on the lookout for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Your day to day role will involve:

• Act as the point of contact for customers and take responsibility for the full customer process
• Learn and advise customers on the different financial products and services on offer for them
• Answer incoming calls and enquiries
• Build and maintain relationships both externally and internally

What you will need to succeed:

• A strong personality who loves working with people
• A keen eye for detail—you spot typos even in your dreams!
• Excellent communication & customer service skills – you love people and the people love you!
• Proven experience in an administrative support role in a similar environment
• Have a brilliant ‘Can-do’ attitude, nothing is too much for you!
