Job Title: Customer Service Assistant
Location: Banbury

Our Banbury-based client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. If you're passionate about providing exceptional customer service and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver consistently high levels of customer service to both internal and external customers.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Good knowledge of ERP software highly desirable

Salary: The salary for this role is up to £26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
