Are you immediately available and interested in a customer service role within a successful and busy company?

My client based in Cheltenham are immediately looking for a customer service advisor on a full-time temporary basis with the opportunity to become permanent. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous call handling/customer service experience. Also, a great opportunity for a first office role or graduate!

Within the role you will

  • Communicate with customers
  • Communicating with clients 
  • Enter customer details onto the database
  • Recording customer data accurately 
  • Help customers with queries
  • Resolve any customer issues in a timely manner 

Skills & Experience

  • Confident communicator
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good listening skills
  • The ability to multitask
  • Self motivated with good organisation skills

The role is Mon-Friday approx. 9am-5.30pm on site.

Salary- £22,500- £24,000
