We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to work in a fast paced Customer Services department, where you will manage  customers orders and queries, via the phone, e-mail and QMS. Ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and satisfactorily. Coordinate directly with suppliers, build and develop relationships to aid customer orders and logistic issues, as well as maintaining an exemplary level of customer service.

  • Answering calls and Queries 
  • Working with our integrated suppliers to resolve queries.
  • Communication between various departments internal and external
  • Managing back orders.
  • Managing the placing of orders  

You do not need office based experience - my client is happy to consider candidates that have customer services experience gained within retail or hospitality.  You will have a high level of attention to detail and experience of working as part of a team. Basic knowledge of Excel and Word,
