This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and award-winning business based in the Guildford area, which enjoys an excellent reputation for quality and customer service.  The company supports customers internationally and has growth plans both in the UK and across Europe.  And the business adopts an environmentally friendly approach, always looking for opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Working in a high performing customer service team, you’ll be liaising directly with customers and helping them with a broad range of enquiries, which could relate for example to advice on product suitability, confirmation of delivery arrangements, basic queries on set up, enquiries relating to servicing and product returns, etc.  Initial customer enquiries will be often be by telephone, so a confident phone manner is required.  And there will also be considerable email contact involved so excellent written communication skills will be essential too.

You will initially be working from home (ongoing until such time as the office reopens), so you will need access to a quiet working environment and reliable broadband connection.  Good IT skills also required as you will be using a CRM system and MS Office.  Full training will be provided on the specific systems and processes used, and of course you will be provided with all the required product knowledge and information.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, and in addition, there is a generous annual bonus which is linked to company performance.

Annual leave starts at 20 days plus bank holidays, increasing with service to 25 days plus bank holiday
