Customer Service Advisor

REED are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our client's branch network team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to the Branch customers

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Deliver excellent customer service in line with the principles of Treating Customers Fairly
  • Communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally, with a mature and credible approach when dealing with third parties and colleagues.
  • Perform high-quality cashiering functions and maintain accurate standing data.
  • Take responsibility for personal actions, deadlines, and targets.
  • Demonstrate organisation, initiative, resourcefulness, and the ability to work under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
  • Maintain a positive approach towards customers and colleagues.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties or tasks as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to contribute to team targets and work independently.
  • Well-organised, flexible, and able to work under pressure.
Working hours 

Mon - Fri - 8.30 - 5.00pm

Two in every 3 Saturday mornings 8.30 - 12.00
