Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Manchester city centre
Salary: £25,500
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am-5.00pm (Hybrid available once trained up)

I am looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our well respected client in Manchester City Centre starting IMMEDIATELY.

As a Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

-Acting as a point of contact for customers
-Building outstanding work relationships with clients and contractors within the business
-Dealing with High volume calls and emails
-Controlling and updating critical business issues daily
-Updating systems for complete transparency
-Ensuring all jobs called in is processed in a timely manner
-Dealing with queries in a proficient way
-Being able to hit business KPIs
-Ensuring that maintenance work is processed in a timely manner

Experience as a Customer Service Advisor preferred:

-Experience on a Facility Management Help-desk
-Excellent verbal and communication skills
-Good listening skills and attention to detail
-Ability to liaise with stakeholders
-Articulate in multitasking
-Ability to achieve desired results
-Good self-management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
