We’re seeking passionate individuals to become Customer Service Advisors at a leading insurance company in Redhill!

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting policyholders with their claims. Your problem-solving skills will be essential in finding solutions that prioritise customer needs. This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential of cross-training and contract extension beyond 6-months.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling inbound calls from policy holders to support them with their claim,
  • Resolving customer queries through providing comprehensive support across a variety of needs
  • Finding solutions to keep customers at the heart of our client’s services.

New to the insurance industry? No worries!

Previous experience isn’t necessary as our client will fully support you with comprehensive training to ensure you’re set up for success. You’ll just need to be able to deliver fantastic customer service and be proficient with your IT skills.
