Position: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Trafford
Salary: £24,000

SF Recruitment are searching for a Customer Service Advisor to join my clients busy team based at a specialist energy contractor in Trafford. This is a full time position, with working hours being 9-5. You will be joining a close knit team of 10 Customer Service Advisors, with excellent opportunities to progress within.

Duties include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers who have any queries or low level complaints/technical issues, via phone and email
- Ensure KPIs and targets are met
- Escalate complaints if needed to senior members of the team
- Ensuring that you are providing a top-tier customer experience

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Excellent communication skills
- Solution focused
- IT literacy
- Hard working & punctual
Previous experience within a customer service role is essential, to ensure that you can hit the ground running.
