Sheridan ward is excited to be recruiting for a fabulous client based in Southall, they are on the lookout for a new Customer Service Advisor to join their growing and supportive team!

They are looking for someone who has excellent customer service experience, as well as someone who has strong communication skills!

Customer Service Advisor Duties:

Dealing with inbound calls
Responding and dealing with customer queries
Making sure customers details are logged correctly
Amending customers orders if required
Monitoring customer returns
Working with the sales team
