This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Customer Service/Sales Advisor for one of my highly regarded clients in Leicester.

You will be first port of call for new and existing customers enquiries into the business, as well as current customers looking to renew their policies; advising them, and cross-selling/up-selling additional products.

You will be offered fantastic training to be able to provide a high degree of product knowledge and industry awareness, as well as seamless use of the company systems.

Your day will be a combination of phone, online chat, and admin responsibilities. No cold calling involved!

We're looking for someone with excellent customer service skills, experience with using CRM or equivalent systems, strong active listening skills, as well as experience in using the Microsoft Office Suite.

Insurance experience (professional indemnity insurance specifically) is desired, but not essential.
