Customer Service Advisor

Our client are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their team. You’ll be working alongside a supportive team to answer and resolve customer queries and complaints via email, letter and telephone, ensuring any issues are addressed quickly and to the highest professional standards.

This is a great job for a charismatic and empathetic person with great communication skills and some experience working in a customer service environment. You’ll work closely with the rest of the team and gain some excellent experience of working within the property sector

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will:

  • Respond to customer enquiries via telephone, letter, and email.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints in line with company processes in a timely manner to ensure the best outcome for customer and business.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
  • Identify potential problems with guest service and proactively work to improve the customer experience.

As the Customer Service Advisor, you will have:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Understanding of the customer journey including standards and guidelines.
  • Drive to manage and exceed targets.
