Customer Service Advisor
Location- Twickenham
Salary- Circa £28,000 per annum
6 month fixed term contract
Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor, previous experience within repairs/maintenance/ Social housing/local authorities is advantageous.
The role involves tasks such as;

  • Providing excellent customer service to residents/ tenants and trade operatives
  • Take and log repairs calls
  • Raise order on internal system
  • Close jobs on the companies database
  • Deal with queries and complaints
  • General Admin duties such as filing, scanning etc.


Skills and experience required;

  • For this role, you must have a good telephone manner, be organised, the ability to prioritise work, and pay attention to detail.
