Job Title - Customer Service Advisor

Length - Permanent

Salary - £21,000 - £23,000 DOE

Location - Crawley - Office based / Free Parking

DESCRIPTION.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to.

• Customer Service, responding to emails, telephone calls, and face to face queries.
• Booking, rescheduling, and cancelling orders.
• Managing the full process of incoming and outgoing deliveries

PROFILE

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have previous experience within a similar role at the same level.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Be confident with all MS Office packages
