We have a temporary position available for a Customer Service Advisor to join a well-established business in Chippenham. This would be a great opportunity for anyone with previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role and who can be available for the next 3 - 6 months.
DAY TO DAY:
- Handle customer enquiries in a professional manner whilst providing excellent customer service.
- Ensure the enquiry is managed in a timely manner and customer feedback is given.
- Monitor and escalate any issues if required.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all cases are investigated and treated fairly.
- General administration.

- Previous experience in a telephone-based customer service role
