Customer Service Advisor

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join a UK-leading Equipment Company, located in the Biggin Hill area. The business are specialists in the supply of access solutions from their busy distribution centre, and with a multimillion-pound turnover, are leaders in their field.

Salary: £23,800

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

Our client has experienced regular expansion and have continued to increase their product range meaning a further opportunity has arisen within this small and friendly team.

• You will focus on aiding customers with ordering new products and chasing deliveries with carriers
• Handling and resolving issues such as damaged/missing/faulty items - liaising between internal sales team, suppliers and customers to ensure satisfactory outcomes.
• Dealing with customers via phone/email/live chat
• Ensuring that internal records are kept up to date all times.

Do you have the required experience, skills and attributes?

• Previous experience within a Customer Service Advisor role
• Good communication and timekeeping skills
• Good MS Office skills
• Deadline driven
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player

With a small team of 10 staff, you will be vital to the smooth running of the department and will have lots of interaction with all areas of the business.
