My client is a well-established firm dedicated to providing outstanding services to its clients in its core sectors. They are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to act as a liaison between new clients and departments. The ideal candidate must have a solid background in Customer Service and a strong telephone manner.

Job description for Customer Service Advisor

  • Respond to all incoming client enquiries
  • Communicate with clients and direct them to relevant departments
  • Obtain and process all client information on the internal system
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients
  • Communicate with clients regarding their legal queries
  • Ensure the client journey is as smooth and efficient as possible

Job skills required for Customer Service Advisor

  • Previous Customer Service experience is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly proficient on Microsoft Office
  • Able to commute to Manchester City Centre
