Customer Service Advisor

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing organisation based in Leeds. My client is looking for customer focused individuals to join their customer solutions team. This role has a basic starting salary with a salary progression scheme up to £30,000 basic. There is also very generous bonus structure which is set with achievable KPI’s.

This is a busy role where you will be responsible for dealing with both inbound and outbound customer calls, therefore excellent communication skills are a must!

The role consists of handling a mixture of Inbound and Outbound customer calls. You will be talking to potential clients about their interest in Equity Release, Pensions or Mortgages. Once you feel the customer is engaged in the relevant product, you will use our conversational tool to qualify them and pass them to one of our advisors.
