Job: Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £23,500 - £24,500
Location: High Wycombe - Office based, potential work remotely on an 80/20 split after successful training
Hours: 10.00 - 18.00
Main Responsibilities:
This Outbound Customer Service role is working for a well-established company based in Loudwater. The role will involve outbound customer service calls and you will be responsible for providing a positive customer journey and cross-selling suitable products where possible. You will have good telephone-based experience, be used to working to KPIs and self-motivated. Strong communication skills and an empathetic and supportive manner is essential.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in telephone-based Customer Service.
