Customer Service Advisor

Location: Crewe

Salary: up to £26k

Hours: Monday to Friday (office hours)

Acorn by Synergie is pleased to offer an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed Customer Service Advisor to become part of a thriving business in Crewe.

As a Customer Service Advisor, your role is to ensure an outstanding and positive customer experience. You will play a pivotal role in customer interactions, addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information regarding services.

Duties will include:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues, complaints, and concerns effectively.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet customer needs and improve overall satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions.

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in customer service or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
