Customer Service Advisor

Our client is a well known and respected eyewear distributor.

They have an opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their busy office based in Bromsgrove.

.This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and enthusiastic individual who is looking to work within a busy team and a progressive and forward-thinking company.

Key Responsibilities

Daily contact with existing customers

Contact with customers via email and telephone

Processing orders via Sage

Processing returns/credits via Sage

Working with the Sales Team to ensure customers are satisfied

Key Requirements

Excellent telephone manner

The ability to remain calm in a busy environment

Adaptability and organisational skills

Experience of Microsoft office

Good speed while providing excellent Customer Service

Previous customer service experience

Details

Hours: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 (30 min lunch)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Stoke Prior
