Our client is looking for an Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Northampton Town Center. Our client is a people first business, so they are looking for individuals that understand the importance of customer experience and take pride in understanding their product to educate customers to make informed decisions.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of an Customer Service Advisor:

  • Provide expert product knowledge to help customers make their owned informed decisions, tailored to their needs.
  • Sales and servicing of new and existing policies.
  • Balancing a busy telephone line while also welcoming customers into branch.
  • Build genuine rapport with your customers to get to know their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications for this Customer Service Advisor position:

  • Working history in a professional setting.
  • Solution oriented to help your customers as best you can.
  • Polite and engaging telephone manner.
