Role: Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £25k-£30k DoE

About the company:

The company is an independently run business with over two decades of expertise. They have their own facilities  centre in Dorking, and they serve their clients from Surrey to London.

Hours of work: 0800-1730 Mon to Friday, 1 in every 4th Saturday 0800-1200

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction at all times
  • Maintain high standards of departmental administration
  • Support the company to reach industry-leading standards

Objective: Customer Centric

  • Provide top-notch customer service to ensure industry leading customer journey
  • Make customers aware of all available products and services
  • Help customers with their requests quickly and professionally
  • Work well with all internal departments and staff members
  • Maintain constant and tidy presence at the reception to enhance the professional image of the company
  • Use clear and simple English to explain processes or technicalities
  • Inform customers promptly of work completion
  • Deal with unhappy customers calmly and report all customer complaints to the General Manager

Objective: Administrative excellence

  • Start job documentation and keep accurate customer records
  • Maintain departmental systems correctly
  • Quickly prepare and present invoices after work completion
  • Ensure all work has been done as specified and charged for
  • Receive payment according to company procedures
  • Perform other duties appropriate to the role as instructed by the senior leadership team
