Based in the Wilmslow area, Cheshire, South Manchester, so if you live in and around Stockport or Cheshire in general this could work for you!

Hybrid working available, 3 days office and 2 days home.

We are delighted to representing and truly market leading business in the Wilsmlow/Stockport area. You will be part of their growing customer service department dealing with queries via phone, email, live chat and Whatsapp from customers regarding a range products and services.

This is a progressive business that takes customer service seriously and as such we are looking for people with, above everything, the right attitude and level of communication skills to deliver class leading customer service. Backgrounds in retail and hospitality will be considered alongside customer service advisor experience gained in a contact centre environment.
