Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently hiring a dedicated & experienced Customer Service Advisor with German or French for a prestigious luxury company.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction within European export markets and leverage your German or French language skills and experience in B2B customer support & order management.

Main Duties:

  • Efficiently process incoming queries ensuring prompt customer satisfaction.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and process orders.
  • Manage complaints and delivery inquiries.
  • Provide Support to Field Sales Managers and other team members.
  • Utilize web chat for real-time client communication.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial Department on stock levels and account departments on credit levels.
  • Undertake general office administrative tasks and procedures.
  • Offer ad hoc support where needed.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German or French and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ideally previous customer service or sales admin or export or order processing experience.
  • Organised, able to prioritise and work towards deadlines
  • Motivated and friendly
  • Strong communication skills with excellent telephone manners.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team
