Korean speaking Customer Service Advisor

Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Korean speaking Customer Service Advisor to join one of our clients on a fully remote ongoing temporary basis.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls when required
  • Maintaining a high quality of data entry
  • Managing a high volume of E-mails on behalf of the Client
  • Providing a quality service to customers
  • Escalating cases when needed

The Customer Service Advisor will have:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Strong MS Office skills (excel, outlook and word)
  • Fluency in Korean (spoken and written)
  • A flexible approach to working hours
  • Good attention to detail

The working hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 1.00am - 10.00am.
