Salary: £21,840

Hours: 35 hours per week

Location: London City Airport

You will be responsible ensuring customer satisfaction by assisting the customer in expediting the conclusion of their vehicle rental experience and making them feel valued while they wait.

As a Customer Service Returns Advisor, you will be greeting customers as they return their rental car back to London City Airport.

In the role you will secure vehicle keys from the customer upon return and confirm necessary documentation and checks are performed as needed.

Another part of the role is to ensure the car is ready for the next customer by inspecting and recording for new damages and checking petrol levels and mileage.

Responsibilities:

  • Put a smile on customers’ faces when you provide them with excellent service
  • Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the dealership
  • Remind customer to check for personal belongings.
  • Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.
  • Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.
  • Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
  • Keep car park organized for ease of access and traffic flow
  • Understand the damage loss report reporting procedure

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • Must have 6 months of customer service/sales experience
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Willingness to work outdoor in weather c
