Key Responsibilities:

  • Book vehicles in for repair and liaise with customers.
  • Organise the allocation of courtesy cars.
  • Administration.
  • Reporting.
  • Maintain good housekeeping.

Key Requirements:

  • Have experience of working in a customer service position.
  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
