We are seeking a dedicated customer service advisor to join our busy repairs and maintenance team on a 2-month contract basis. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and requests with professionalism and empathy.
  • Efficiently schedule repair and maintenance appointments, coordinating with both clients and field technicians to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring all information is entered into the database promptly and accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the repairs and maintenance team to prioritise tasks and allocate resources effectively.
  • Address any client concerns or complaints promptly, seeking resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service role, ideally within the property services or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently and effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with CRM software preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
