We are currently recruiting for customer service staff to work for one of our NHS clients in Leeds. The role is working full time, general office hours, initially for a 3 month period with the right candidates starting ASAP.

The main duties will reverberate around arranging and booking patient appointments and will involve being on the telephone for at least 80% of your work time. The duties will typically be:

  • Liaising with patients on the telephone.
  • Sending confirmation and additional details to patients via email/post.
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals.
  • Answering routine queries over the telephone and via email.
  • Inputting information on the in-house database.

The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar role previously. However, if you have excellent customer service skills and want to forge a career in the NHS, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
