Customer Service Administrator

This is an entry level role for someone who has a maximum of 6 months to a year office based experience and is looking to pursue a career within Administration.

The Role:

  • To support the whole team through efficient administration
  • Credit Control functions
  • To manage the office stationary, equipment and other similar requirements
  • To maintain and generally assist with the portal system
  • Monitor and respond to the admin inbox
  • Liaising with clients via telephone and email
  • Reporting and database management

About You:

  • Previous experience within a similar role would be ideal
  • A desire to learn and develop
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft - Word and Excel
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
