Customer Service Administrator

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, energetic and reliable person to join their team asap. Working 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

The duties are varied and will suit someone who is confident dealing with clients and customers over the phone.

Taking & processing orders

Assisting with queries

Developing relationships with existing customers in person and via phone

There are no sales calls, but ideally you will be confident to offer advice and recommend any additional relevant goods

You must be:

Confident and professional, with an excellent telephone manner

Self motivated and encouraging

Able to work under pressure in a busy and fast paced environment

Excellent, clear communication skills

Live within easy commuting distance
