We're delighted to be working with a long term client of ours in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join them on a full time, permanent basis. This role will be office based.

Main duties will include:

  • Speaking with customers on the phone and via email
  • Adding data to the CRM system
  • Liaising with events participants
  • Sending out paperwork
  • General ad-hoc administration

The successful candidate will have:

  • The want to work within an office role
  • Good communication skills
  • IT proficiency
  • A good telephone manner
