We are currently seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join one of our prestigious clients in Bradford. This role offers a hybrid working system and a competitive salary with an extensive benefits package. Day to Day of the role:

  • Process all claims proactively, efficiently, and in accordance with company policy.
  • Keep consumers informed of the status of their contacts, ensuring clear communication and accurate recording of customer journeys.
  • Respond to enquiries received through various channels, adhering to company policy and product terms and conditions.
  • Escalate issues beyond the scope of the job description to the relevant manager immediately.
  • Maintain a consistent focus on consumer experience and outcomes.
  • Deal with queries from within the business and the wider group, providing a high level of service.
  • Capture contact data accurately for future insight and seamless customer journeys.
  • Display role model behaviours within the workplace and during work-related activities.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and business processes, such as FCA regulations and GDPR requirements.
  • Keep all assigned property in good working order and report any faults promptly.
  • Engage in department activities to drive future improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferable but not essential
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to fit within our company values of excellence, integrity, innovation, responsibility, inclusion, and teamwork
  • Openness to a culture of celebration and change, with the ability to adapt
  • No set qualifications required
