3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
5. Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document management.
6. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
1. Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is essential.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

5. Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office.
