A new opening for a Customer Service Administrator. The Customer Service Administrator role involves working closely with Marketing and Sales, collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless customer experiences through providing administrative support.

Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional service to our customers throughout their journey
  • Handling customer orders and coordinating with internal departments for smooth order fulfilment
  • Responding to customer enquiries promptly and providing necessary updates on orders, deliveries, and invoices
  • Distributing invoices, tracking numbers, order acknowledgements and order confirmations to customers, ensuring that the customer is up to date with their orders
  • Contacting courier companies via live chat, telephone, and email to rectify any problems with on-hold shipments
  • Generating and coordinating necessary documents for shipping
  • Assisting with CRM management, general administrative tasks, and collaborating with other departments during peak periods
  • Contacting customers post-delivery to gather feedback
  • Sending relevant information to customers in support of marketing or sales campaigns
  • Working closely with the sales team to support sales forecasting and reporting
  • Engaging in weekly meetings to showcase and portray ideas to improve the customer’s satisfaction within the order process

Customer Service Administrator skills/competencies:

  • Experience within a similar shipping/office-based customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, and Teams
