Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service? Our client based in Rugeley is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to become the backbone of our dynamic Customer Service team. This full-time role offers the chance to shine in a customer-centric environment that values proactive problem-solving and relationship-building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, providing price quoteslead times, and responses to inquiries
  • Process orders with precision, from phone to email, ensuring seamless integration into our ERP system.
  • Tackle customer issues head-on with efficiency and empathy.
  • Keep the customer database meticulous and current, because details matter!
  • Bridge the gap between Customer Service, Purchasing, and Production to hit delivery goals.
  • Reach out and touch base with our customers, both old and new, to build new and touch on past relationships
