Customer Service Administrator
An established company has an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join their team. The Customer Service Administrator role involves dealing with clients relating to stock orders and queries, along with completing administration tasks whilst ensuring clients receive a high level of service.
- Salary: Up to £27,000
- Mon - Fri | 35 hours
- Parking on site
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
- Ensuring new orders are processed accurately and within given time frames
- Dealing with customer enquiries including dispatch and delivery status
- Liaising with the team to ensure all delivery targets are met
- Regularly reviewing product pricing accuracy
- Generating and validating supplier data
- Ensuring that the customer service team are fully supported
- Providing excellent levels of customer service to a range of clients
Customer Service Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Proficient in Microsoft packages including Excel
