What will you do as a Customer Service Administrator?
- Process sales orders
- Handling customer enquiries and complaints
- Be the first point of contact with logistics providers
- Run sales reports for regional managers
- Promote web shop and promotions for B2B Customers
- Manage client price lists
- Support our UK and ROI customer base with their sales orders, queries and deliveries.
- Processing the sales orders received daily via phone, email or e-commerce
What will you need as a Customer Service Administrator?
- Driver and own transport due to location
- Experience within an office-based customer service role
- Confident, excellent communication skills and good telephone manner
- Knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
- Understanding UK and International order processing
